Delivery & Returns

Delivery Charges.

All products supplied by Trophy Showroom Ltd are excluding delivery charges, although we can offer very reasonable delivery costs.

Bulk orders will be despatched via our nominated carrier, standard delivery service (Glass items are not covered by insurance). Smaller orders will be sent via our nominated carrier.

Trophy Showroom will not accept any claims for delays in deliveries with the chosen carriers.

Please advise if items are required urgently and we will do our upmost to complete your order as soon as possible,this may not be possible in peak times.

Please note that deliveries to Highlands, Isles & Northern Ireland will be sent via economy courier on a 3-5 day service, if an order is required urgently, please contact us for express delivery options.

Any orders can be collected from our showroom in Tamworth Staffs (B78 3QD) upon request.

Despatch Times.

Trophy Showroom Ltd aim to despatch our stock orders within 3-4 working days of cleared payment this gives us time for engraving and packaging (at peak times, this may be slightly longer).

Special orders are generally despatched within 5-7 working days, but if the lead time is exceeded, we will advise you by email and/or telephone.

If your order is urgent, please contact us on 01827 254 599 – we can normally expedite orders for next day delivery where required.

Returns Policy

Goods supplied by Trophy Showroom Ltd can be returned for refund or replacement goods within 14 days of despatch from our warehouse.

Goods will only be accepted for refund if returned in the same condition as they left our warehouse.

Special orders, personalised gifts, engraved items are not returnable, & delivery costs are not refundable.

Goods will need to be returned at your own cost and some non-stock items will be subject to a re-stocking charge.
